At Hangrr we want our customers to enjoy hassle free returns so you feel confident while shopping from us. We offer very flexible return policies and these policies have been made keeping in mind the customers comfort and ease of shopping with Hangrr.com.
You can return any product within 14 days of receipt of the package. The product should reach our India office within this duration of 14 days for you to be eligible for refund. All products must be in unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with all packaging and tags intact. Any kind of discrepancy found in the returned product shall void your claim of refund. The return shipping charges are to be born by the customers.

At Hangrr we strive continuously to offer our customers with the best fits and styles. But sometimes despite our best efforts you may feel otherwise and we completely understand that. We are so confident about our work that even though each of our products are custom made for you we take full responsibility and honor your loyalty to our services. Just ship us back your product and apply for a refund.
We propose two modes of returns for you-
1) Money back: You can apply for money back refund in which we will only deduct 30% of your order value towards shipping and customizing charges. We hope you understand that this product cannot be resold as it is custom made for you, and anywhere else you would end up with absolutely no refund.
2) Store Credit: We would really want you to choose this option and as a way of taking complete responsibility of our work and also to let you give us another chance to make you happy we offer you a 120% store credit on your next purchase. We would be really glad if you provide us this chance as it is a relationship that we are building with you which is more important to us rather than anything else.
Custom clothing is a very intricate process and hope you understand the complexity involved in the same and our undying zeal to bring you nothing short than perfect clothing.
To be considered eligible for replacement, all orders must be postmarked to Hangrr.com within one week (7 days) of a customer receiving their order and should reach us within a total of 14 days from the receipt of package. Hangrr will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition. Hangrr has the right to deny the issuance of a replacement to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged/ altered. All the tags and packaging should be retained and returned in the way it was received. Hangrr will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and all products should be shipped in its original packaging.
Any package received at the Hangrr head office that does not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without replacement. If your items were purchased with a Coupon or Gift Certificate, the Coupon/Gift Certificate will be replaced /reimbursed in the same form. The discounts would not be refunded and cannot be claimed in any other form.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and you can ask for a full refund (We will process the refund with 100% store credit of the billed value, valid for one year).
- In case of custom clothing you have to intimate us before 24 hours of placing the order by sending us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at +91-141-4035921. If your product has been shipped/ sent for fabrication then you have to follow the normal return procedure.
- In case of all other orders a cancellation request can only be accepted before the order has been shipped from our head office. If your product has been shipped then you have to follow the normal return procedure.
